Privacy Policy

Version 2026-08-22-v2 · Effective August 22, 2026

This policy explains what data of yours we handle, where it comes from, and what we do with it. It is written to be understood, not to protect us with fine print. Controller: ABL Group LLC (trading as ABL Insurance), 12550 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 810, North Miami, FL 33181.

Where your data comes from

From the public license records of the Florida Department of Financial Services. Those records list your name, license number, NPN, license type and date, and the professional contact details you yourself filed with the state. That information is public by law and anyone can download it.

From the registration form, if you choose to fill it in. There you give us your name, email, the state where you are licensed and, optionally, your phone and NPN.

We never buy or rent contact lists.

If you never contacted us

We probably hold your data even though you did nothing. Your license appears in a public Florida file and we downloaded that file in full; your name was in it before you knew we existed.

That means you can ask us to delete it even if you never registered and never received an email from us. No reason required.

Write to alfredo@ablgroupcarreras.com and we will remove you.

What we do with it

Invite you to our online sessions for licensed life agents.

Contact you only through the channels you have authorized.

Review your license before an interview. Today that review is manual: the system flags your registration as pending review and a person looks at it. We do not automatically query any external database.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for third-party advertising.

Your permissions, one per channel

On the form, each channel — email, text message, phone call and WhatsApp — has its own checkbox, and none of them is pre-selected.

When you tick one, we store the exact wording you read, the version of this policy, the date, and the IP address you used. That way we can show exactly what you authorized and when.

If you do not tick a box, we do not contact you on that channel. No exceptions.

How to stop hearing from us

Every email carries an unsubscribe link. One click and it is done — no explanation needed, no account to log into.

Text messages stop by replying STOP.

Unsubscribing is permanent. Your address goes on a suppression list and does not come back, even if your name reappears in a new public file.

New York residents

This opportunity is not available in New York. If your records show New York — residence, business or mailing address — you are excluded from all communication.

And if you try to register from New York, the form refuses without saving anything.

Who we share it with

Google Workspace, to send and receive email.

Zoom, for the online sessions.

Calendly, if you book an interview.

Each receives only what its function requires. We do not authorize them to use your data for anything else.

Cookies and tracking

The registration page uses no cookies and no trackers. There is no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics, nothing that follows you around other sites.

Links in our emails carry a code so we know which registration they belong to. That code contains neither your email address nor any personal data.

How long we keep it

Your contact details, for as long as there is a relationship with you.

Your permissions and which version of this policy you accepted, for as long as the data is kept: they are the record of what you authorized.

Unsubscribe records, indefinitely. It is the only way to guarantee we do not write to you again by mistake.

We do not sell or share your data

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone so they can advertise to you. We take no part in data exchanges or marketplaces.

If you are a California resident, or in another state with the right to demand it, this section is your answer: there is nothing to opt out of because we do neither of those things. You can still write and confirm it.

Data we do NOT collect

We do not ask for or store health data, biometric data, precise location, social security numbers, or information about origin, religion, political affiliation or sexual orientation.

License number and NPN are public professional identifiers, not sensitive data.

Minors

This is aimed at licensed insurance professionals, therefore adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you find that we did, write to alfredo@ablgroupcarreras.com and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to alfredo@ablgroupcarreras.com and we will respond.

If you ask for deletion, we keep only the minimal suppression record so that we never contact you again.

Changes to this policy

If what we do changes, this policy changes and its version goes up. Permissions you gave under an earlier version stay recorded against that version: a change on our side does not rewrite what you agreed to.
